Questions
What condition are the stamps in?
Every lot page says what to expect. Our lots are off paper, and some are described as mixed condition, meaning you'll find clean stamps alongside well-travelled ones. The 100 Stamp Vintage World Collection is chosen without folded stamps or missing corners.
Will I get the exact stamps in the photos?
No. The photos show the kind of mix you'll receive. Each lot is a random selection, so the countries and designs in your bag will differ.
How is postage charged?
Once per order, at a flat rate for your destination. Add as many lots as you like and you'll still pay a single postage charge.
Can I return something?
If you change your mind, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return. If anything arrives damaged or isn't as described, we'll put it right.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure page. Your card details never touch this website.
